I have a recipe for a wine cake that calls for yellow cake mix, would it be okay to use french vanilla?




Would it really matter? I only have french Vanilla cake mix. The recipe includes cake mix, pudding mix, cooking sherry, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs. do you think it would taste any different?
Well, I just put it in the oven. I won’t be able to taste it until tomorrow for Christmas. But the batter taste yummy!
